Summary: Overall it was a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, although parking is a lottery. The room itself was lovely but stuffy and the air conditioning was not helpful. It was also in the back building and a little awkward to access. The continental breakfast was generous and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This is my second stay and I would stay again.

Summary: Awesome place to stay for a getaway. My queen room was relatively small quarters yet comfortable for exactly what I wanted in a solo staycation. 10/10 recommend roaming town and meeting strangers. There are a lot of awesome people in town. Front desk and staff definitely made the stay easy living.

Summary: Loved our stay at the Holbrooke Hotel. Highly recommend. Pros: Our room was clean, comfortable and simple, across from restaurant / bar; Food and libations at the GoldenGate was exceptional; service at both hotel and restaurant was outstanding. Frittata, scones and coffee were fresh and delicious the morning of departure. Cons: Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors in the hallway. No closet, no dresser, no wine glasses, no robes, no TV in room; although, you can request most of these items from the front desk at no additional charge.

Summary: I had been wanting to check out this historic hotel for a long time, and I am so glad we did. Everything from the check-in process, to the restaurant food and the rooms was absolutely perfect. It is such a charming property with great amenities. They have done an amazing job of preserving this property. Every finish, fixture, piece of furniture and artwork is so perfectly curated to reflect the history of the town and hotel. But what really stood out was the staff! I had to leave very early for work after my stay, and they went out of their way to prepare coffee and fresh baked scones for us ahead of their normal schedule. It was such a great stay! Thank you to the amazing, thoughtful staff. We will be back!
