Summary: Lovely accommodation and location for a mid week mini break. Louise & Chris are very welcoming and helpful hosts. Breakfast in the dining room had lots of choices. Late afternoon was spent both days enjoying the garden views and birds and after dinner in the local brewery we relaxed in the shared loungeroom reading some of the many books available. The large garden was a real treat and even more so our timing to see the masses of monarch butterflies in the flowering trees. A very memorable stay, thank you.

Summary: The gardens at this property are magnificent, each time we walked into town (800M) we would see something different. The rooms were nicely sized. The proximity to the town facilities were all less than 10 minutes' walk. The Nannup Brewing company had well sized and fair priced meals (great local ginger beer). Bakeries and cafes also easy walk.

Summary: Enjoyable stay. Excellent location and easy walking distance to town. Hosts were excellent. We enjoyed the wood fire sitting room at night and breakfast in the dining room with a gorgeous view in the morning the most. Followed it up with a walk in the stunning gardens. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: Imagine that you went to your favourite aunty's place and she greeted you at the door ( in her socks) and welcomed you into the fire and made sure that you had some of her home cooked cake... That was just what it felt like. The was no absent minded glance from a computer screen to do check-in. Just a warm welcome, as if she had been waiting for us to come. The room was comfortable with a good bed and a Narnia style wardrobe. Breakfast was generous. I wish we had planned more time there and used it as a base.

Summary: A fresh take on a charmingly 'English' model of quiet, 'old-world' accommodation. Great breakfast, lovely comfortable room, and a fire in the lounge downstairs to soften and enliven a quiet Nannup winter stay. Chris and Louise are warm, intelligent, thoughtful people and welcoming hosts.
