Summary: Bathroom; no shower curtain. no hot water, 14"x14" window with screen only; screen holes not small enough to keep out all sizes of fling insects. 3steps up to bathroom, Door frame broken, door barely stayed from falling off. Bed reminded me of sleeping on an old boxspring. not sure if TV worked could not get it to turn on. Pool water appeared to be un treated. I don't think I would return. Don't recommend.

Summary: Need a car or taxi to locate as it is a few km from Puerto Morles.. Beautiful grounds and peaceful and tranquil

Summary: Skip the beach and try a peaceful stay in the jungle! We don’t do well on the typical hard Mexican mattresses that feel like a box spring, so we were happy to see this hotel has pillow top mattresses, and they were comfy. Nice, clean, comfortable, Mexican-style place with a very nice concierge. Two sweet dogs, a snuggly guinea pig, mini pigs, etc share the property, and lots of beautiful birds. We even saw monkeys in the trees. Good wifi while we worked remotely. Good food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cute pool, and swings for kids. If you want the Hilton, this isn’t it, but if you want a clean, comfortable, peaceful, affordable jungle retreat, this is it!

Summary: This property has a lot of potential and could have a lot of charm. It is very well situated, the pool and dining area is very nice. The staff was great. However, when we got there the owner had just set in animals, turkeys, chickens and a pig which was situated just bellow our room. The smell of the farm got into the room. Our family was disappointed.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here! The property is beautiful. Stayed in honeymoon suite and was very affordable. Didn’t use the heart shaped tub so can’t speak to that-but shower was massive!Located at km 15.5 on Ruta de los Cenotes. Multiple amazing cenotes within walking distance. Recommend “7 Bocas” and “Verde Lucero”. We stayed when there was only 1 other long-term tenant present. Felt like we were in the jungle with the place to ourselves for a couple days. He was a big help navigating the particulars of the place. Staff didn’t speak English, but our rudimentary knowledge of Spanish got the job done. Owner was an expat, we met once. Was friendly, and said she didn’t like to be seen as “the owner” which was a nice change from many places. f you’re wanting to head into town- recommend having your own vehicle as it’s a 400 peso cab ride into Puerto Morelos. Found someone to take us back to property for 300. That would add up quickly if doing multiple times. Simple menu-breakfast was included. Dinners can be had for 150-200 pesos I believe. Was 2 options, 1 at lower price, 1 at higher. That said-we heard changes are coming to the food services soon. (Hi Bill!) Chickens everywhere free range. Pigs in pens. Geese, ducks, guinea pig, hedgehog, multiple friendly dogs. Lovely pool area and lounging zone. Hammocks and beach loungers. Would return for sure, but would bring a rental car next time.

Summary: Calm and really friendly. The beds are comfortable. We loved the gardens and appreciated the jungle vibe. The hosts are helpful and easygoing. They accepted us on an early (really) arrival. everything was smooth.
