Positive: the location is good, 15 minutes by taxi to Katong, also a nice walk to the West Coast.

Negative: The breakfast wasn't quite that great, self-service shared kitchen but perfectly fine, clean and nice. apparently you live on the top 5th floor, there is no lift in the building.
