Positive: The spa was lovely as there was a choice of two hot tubs, two Jacuzzis and a lovely size swimming pool. I booked myself a 90min massage with Rose which was the absolute highlight of my stay.

Negative: Hot tub was dirty bit it was cleaned a few times. The food is very over priced and not great. The breakfast was awful,the stages were dry and bacon oily so I couldn't eat that. The room I was given strongly smelt of cigarettes despite it being no smoking rooms, I was then given a alternative room which was smaller which a view of a brick wall. Its quite disappointing as I needed this break to heal. I didnt find the staff in the hotel helpful, approachable or friendly do it was again quite disappointing, apart from Rose who was the most loveliest lady that made me feel seen and valued my needs. Its not easy traveling alone for some and she definitely helped me feel less anxious.

Negative: Nasty sharp overhang on the skirting board in the room. Breakfast was ok but the sausages seemed to have been overcooked or reheated and as a result were really dry.
