Summary: We were in the Luxury Quadruple Room at the top of the building. It was an almost ideal space for two adults and two kids. There are two large areas within the room - the twin beds are at the far end down a few steps which creates a separate space perfect for kids. It would be even better if there was a curtain to separate the spaces once kids go to sleep, to allow adults to keep lights on and move around without disturbing them. However, what significantly detracted from our stay was the significant (1m x 50cm at least) black mould patch on the ceiling in the bathroom around the extraction fan. This was inexcusable in my opinion given the extent of the mould and the low height of the ceiling. If we had been staying for more than one night, and had there been a reception to engage with, we would have raised this during our stay. I did leave feedback on checkout but had no response. The staff at breakfast were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was continental; meat, cheese, pastries, bread, yoghurt. There was a small bowl of berries and chopped banana for each person. More fruit would have been preferable. Had it not been for the black mould, I would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, but the severe lack of maintenance means I could not.

Summary: Free parking at 200m and buses to Amsterdam every 15 minutes from bus stop 3 mins walk from the hotel. Rooms were great with decent breakfast!

Summary: The Hotel was ok but is 30 mins away from Amsterdam city centre. No staff to speak with make sure you have internet on your phone when you get to the front door because is self check in with instructions that were emailed. No elevator only stairs in case that you go with heavy luggage.

Summary: Breakfast was amazing. Edam is so cute and the hotel is close to the busstation so public transit into Amsterdam is very easy on bus 314 or 316. We're already thinking of going back.

Summary: massive problem at check in as i was not informed about the access code. as i was checking in at night it created unwanted additional costs. the place is good, the room was spot on, the breakfast was good. The the area in even better.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere—it’s truly a perfect spot for families. The view from our room was bohemian. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a great start to the day. Plus, the location couldn't be better; it’s just two steps from the bus station, making it incredibly easy to get into Amsterdam.( 314 directly to Central). We will absolutely be coming back. Well done to the team!"
