Summary: Our room was ok. Terrible cold draft along the floor. When our room was tidied up by housekeeping the person took my husband’s toothbrush and toothpaste which he had wrapped in a washcloth on the bathroom counter. We have always understood if u want your towels replaced to leave them on the floor. They couldn’t locate the stuff so provided $20 credit to our bill. Also got into the shower, got wet, then realized there was no shampoo in the dispenser. So frustrating.

Summary: I love staying here. This time I was disappointed as I forgot my phone charger and die to the hotel not being updates there was no option to plug my phone cord into any outlet. When I asked the front desk he just replayed saying they have regular outlets and that’s all. I had to sit in my car at night to charge my phone .

Summary: Nice property and friendly staff. It wasn’t busy but seemed noisy…dogs barking in rooms, lots of noise from outside room late into the evening and again early in the morning. May only affect rooms on the ground floor but didn’t make for a great experience in the evening. Adamo winery was excellent!

Summary: There was a delay in checking in, as the room was not ready. The staff indicated that we would receive a text when to obtain the key. The text never came. The room that was booked was not available, so they had to accommodate in another room that was similar. The fireplace did not work, despite numerous attempts.
