Positive: The staff was wonderful, very friendly and offered to help by calling for us, to help with Norwegian. The breakfast was fantastic and with a wide time range from 8 to 11, which is great!

Positive: The interior of the hotel and room was beautiful and the location is absolutely perfect. Lastly, the staff are very nice and welcoming as well!

Negative: The room is okay for one person but I had barely enough space to move around. I would have also preferred to have a kettle in the room which wasn't there. The bar/restaurant of the lobby could also ise a little variety in the food option.

Positive: Perfect Location middle of City, extremely friendly and supportive staff, no carpet in the rooms, very clean, nice and tasty breakfast

Negative: Bathroom liiiiiiiittle bit small, but totally ok. Sliding door to the bathroom lacks little bit of „privacy“ 😉

Positive: New hotel and felt very fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was ok and tasty, and the coffee shop in the hotel was very good. Location is superb, right i the middle of Oslo.

Negative: The room was very small, and I had problems getting around the bed. There was no desk, so impossible to set up my laptop and work. The new trend of not cleaning your room if you don't request it is just annoying. All hotels say it is for the environment, but everyone understands that it is a cost-saving exercise. The price for a small glass of wine in the hotel bar is ridiculous (185 NOK), and it surely doesn't encourage anyone to drop in for a drink.

Positive: Location is perfect. The beds so comfortable. Exceptionally clean and fresh hotel. Attractive spaces to sit and fun environment.

Negative: The hotel’s bartender was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. The room was smaller than is comfortable for two adults.
