Positive: The property is absolutely beautiful, very warm and cozy. Great for group of friends. Lots os places to sir inside and outside The host is really warm and helpful. The caretaker at the place is also very sweet and helpful. She told us some cafes to visit. Helped with some groceries. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Specially paranthas and mushroom omelette. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Positive: Dreamy. Perfect. Homely. Our stay at the Hobbit House was for a week and since the first look it was love. Everything from the decor, the host, the room, the cosy fireplace was perfect and very nicely done. Geeta, the host, leaves no stone unturned to make you feel at home and the breakfast yummm. Such warmth and hospitality, did feel like leaving. Definitely recommended.

Summary: A fantasy stay straight out of a fairytale or rather a hobbit tale!

Positive: Concept of Hobbit House is great Idea. Ambiance is really appealing specially for kids.

Negative: Property is not spacious enough for family. Rooms should have been little bigger with arrangements of additional bed (Or even Bunk beds etc ) for Kids to really enjoy concept of Hobbit House. There is Shortage of Dining space. We tried breakfast in to open space, but same was not comfortable due to high intensity of sun.

She allowed us to choose our preferred room and gave us a fantastic tour, sharing the story behind the design of each room. She also provided helpful information, including contact details for nearby delivery services, paragliding partners, and even a link to the mattress used in the property. We spent the evening by the indoor fireplace, enjoying drinks and watching *LOTR*. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and we had the perfect view of the sunrise.

Negative: The only downside was that we arrived after sunset, so we couldn't spend as much time at the property. However, there's nothing negative about the property itself—it's truly wonderful.
