Summary: To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from a hotel in a village like Chau doc, and I was super skeptical with my 2 American spoilt kids who expect nothing but the best. But I was in for a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel manager and owner, James, went out of his way to ensure our every need was met. His own kids live in Canada,.so we didn't have to explain our needs. He spent tons of time on Whatsapp with me 1 month before our 1 night trip just so that we can understand how to cross the border with Cambodia. He even booked the speedboat for us as he is very well connected. He made custom made breakfast for us as we don't eat meat and treated us like an extension of his family. He also booked a reasonably priced tour for us and was very honest about what we will get and won't get from the tour. I couldnt have asked for more from this hotel. Don't even think twice about this place as long as he is around, you are guaranteed to have a nice time.

Summary: Nice hotel, service is great, very helpful, it is out of the main district but taxi is cheap. Beds stiff but comfortable. Rooms clean and nice.
