Positive: We booked one of the villas with a private swimming pool and it was excellent. The two rooms (on separate floors of the villas) were spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved using the private swimming pool. And when we wanted more swim area, hotel pool and ocean were just a short walk away. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent, providing both Vietnamese and western food options.

Negative: This would've easily been a perfect stay with the exception of one issue relating to the property south of the resort. During our first morning there we woke up to a strong smoke smell in our room. At first we thought someone was smoking outside our villa. After investigating we found people in the nearby land burning something, possibly trash or crops. We called the front desk and they asked the people to stop, but they didn't. The smell lasted all day. Aside from it being a bad smell, we were concerned about the health impacts on our small children. After repeatedly talking to the front desk, they finally managed to get the people to stop burning towards the end of the day.

Summary: Excellent facilities, and staff. Would've been perfect if nearby property wasn't burning trash.

Positive: It was very pretty

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable, and the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything even the people talking outside. I was on the fifth floor yet I could still hear people talking in the courtyard and music blasting from the beach. They didn’t change our sheets, some had stains. The chair in our room had a cigarette hole. our family stayed in the villa and the villas had a lot of stains and mold in the rooms.

Summary: Pretty property with a lot of potential, but wouldn’t stay here again because of all the damages and mold.
