Summary: The hosts were wonderful. Beware though, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs with only 1 bathroom (none ensuite). The room was beautiful.

Summary: Cherri And Mike were wonderful hosts. The property has a very interesting history, which Cherri enthusiastically shared. It's a 19th century time capsule, with modern conveniences and classic charm. If you like history, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Historical John Rast House. The owners have restored this lovely 1875 home with great care. They were happy to share the home’s history as well as their own journey to restore it. Our room, as well as the whole home, was comfortable, clean, and an interesting historic experience. Our stay here was so much more enjoyable than staying in hotels that cost twice as much. We will stay here again!
