Positive: The house was a great size for our family. We were able to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everybody slept well.

Negative: We would have liked to have a few more towels. They might have been there and we just didn’t find them.

Positive: The house was spacious and well layed out for all 19 of us. Beds were comfortable. Having the upstairs unit was great for little's naps and early bedtimes. Kitchens were well equipped with basics. Some larger pots and pans for large groups would be a nice addition. Parking for 5 vehicles was much appreciated. Location was great for visiting the Ark.

Negative: I think a basic set of shelves in downstairs kitchen pantry would be a great asset for future renters. It would give storage for all the food and drinks a large group needs. It was wet when we were there so a mop would be nice to have on hand. The house was very clean except for those hard to reach areas. There was quite a bit of dust underneath the large sectional couch. Pretty much impossible to move it for sweeping so thinking if you put it on 2" risers it would give access and make it much easier to clean under. The exterior does not reflect how nice the interior is.

Summary: We loved the whole house and it's location. It held all 19 of us all very comfortably.

Positive: It was a keyless entry, had difficulty getting into the house when we first arrived but they were able to open the door remotely and had no more issue after that.

Negative: The house is amazing, I understand they were working on getting set up for renters. Sadly there were areas in the house that were less than clean.

Summary: If the house were thoroughly cleaned and under control I would definitely stay there again!!
