Summary: This was a great, reasonable place to stay for our Parents weekend trip to Clemson. Nearby. Town of Seneca is old but nice. Can walk to Ram Cat Alley for Brewery, coffee, bakery and a few shops/restaurants. Overall, it's a dated little house, but fit our needs well (it's like a small grandma house). It could use some modernization, but not enough that its any problem. However, the bathroom is pretty small. Tree-lined yard gave good privacy on two sides. Freight train nearby does run with some frequency and a loud whistle. It is not a destination house/location, but a great alternate choice compared to Clemson hotels.
