Positive: Location is excellent - you can walk to almost anywhere in downtown. The building and decor are pretty cool! This is a historical building, and it feels like it.

Negative: The only downside is no attached/covered parking. Parking is easy to find, and they have a dedicated lot a block or so away, but in cold, wet, windy weather, it's kind of a bummer to have to park on the street or down the block. Small price to pay for an otherwise great location and hotel!
