This large luxurious and historic Nashville home in the heart of the city and minutes from downtown has 4 bedrooms - each equipped with flat screen smart Tv's , pillow top mattresses, and themed antique furnishings throughout. Walking Distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, and all West End/Sylvan Park has to offer!
6 Total Beds: 2 custom made King beds & 3 custom made Queen beds, sleeping 10 people. An additional queen sleeper sofa bed is provided for 2 extra people to sleep 12 guests total in first class comfort. There are 3 full bathrooms--dual shower wall and rain shower heads in 2 of the baths accompanied with body sprayers, and a jacuzzi tub complimenting an additional master bath. We have multiple hot water tanks to never run out of hot water and provide great water pressure throughout the property. Top quality linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided along with access to 2 sets of washer and dryers for large groups. The cozy bright kitchen with high end appliances will suffice for all your party and vacation needs. Superfast Wifi is included and we are pet friendly. This is a soundproof multifamily home with a separate unit for long term tenant. Your home space is completely private with your own driveway and ample parking, private entry, private front fenced in yard, and private large furnished back deck with private grill. No major stairs and the floor plan is all on one level--a rarity for a home this big--perfect for families or Senior groups!
We have a licensed permit number (#201532503) from the city--be on guard for those listings that do not have a displayed permit and are not legally operating--they do not have the same standards and inspections as those properties who have gone through metro Nashville's permit process.

Summary: Working with the home owner to coordinate a stay for 5 adults that were working in Nashville for 52 days. Not only was the owner accommodating, he also went out of his way to meet our special situation. He also left nice treats for the adults and the pets!.We loved the location. Sooo very close to everthing. We had a fantastic stay and an exceptional experience.

Summary: We had a great stay in the lovely home. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed our week in Nashville. The hosts went above and beyond with their helpful communication and providing all the items you could need, and more in the house for our stay - and even drinks/snacks! We were able to prepare and cook Thanksgiving dinner and other meals in their well stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider eating here again next time we are in Nashville.

Summary: We loved this cool place! Super convenient and super comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to local coffee shop and wine shop. Greenway was nice. Hosts were very accommodating and answered our questions on recomendations. The neighborhood restaurants for lunch/dinner were great. We went to Park Cafe & Edley’s for bbq. Saving Caffe Nonna for next time!

Summary: A very beautiful home. Stayed in Nashville a few times and this is by far the best one yet. Perfect safe and luxury central location as our other stays were in sketchy locations. The listing mentioned there was another separate condo on the complex but we didn’t even notice. Very private. Furnishings/antiques and the beds are spectacular. Hosts were great, it’s what you get when you’re dealing with owners instead of property management companies. We will be back soon!

Summary: My family stayed at The Nashville White House for a long weekend to visit other family and attend a Vanderbilt game. The house is very nicely decorated and close to many good restaurants and Vanderbilt. We ended up walking to our destinations a lot of the time. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and the host has gone above and beyond with amenities. They were also super responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely want to book this house again in the future.
