Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home while our oldest daughter attended cheer camp and tryouts at K-State. The property was even better than described—beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of luxury and country charm. It felt welcoming and peaceful from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the nearby trails, the lake with kayaks, and the hot tub—such a fun and relaxing way to explore a new side of Manhattan. The home had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Summary: Gorgeous, fully renovated 19th century farm house. Great rural setting on outskirts of Manhattan with nature and trails on site. If everyone in your group can handle the steep, narrow stairs inside the home and outside on the property, this listing is a 5 star gem! Seriously though, this property is not for anyone with mobility issues. One of our favorite finds in the past 10 years! Owners are awesome and have great communication.

Summary: Our youngest son’s wedding was at Blue Vista. We did a lot of driving back & forth. We did not get to enjoy the amenities that came with your beautiful property. However, we plan to stay here again so that we can enjoy all that your property has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: This home and the yard were beautiful. We were having a family reunion and needed a place for out of town guests to stay and congregate. The patio and pond area were perfect. The kitchen appliances and space were great for cooking in. We spent most of our time outdoors. It even sprinkled off and on and we were fine. Ample tables and chairs along with the firepit, Jacuzzi, lights sounds the yard and access to outdoor restroom and sound system made it a perfect afternoon and evening.

Summary: This was an amazing property to stay at and so interesting in many details of the refurbishment. Word to the wise, this property is in NO WAY handicap accessible and you should be able to walk steadily on surfaces that are not entirely level and easily climb multiple stairs with luggage. Consider taking a headlamp to aid in lighting for evening check-ins.
