Summary: Eight of us stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed, tons of room, and is very cute. We had coffee in the backyard and I wish we would've had more time to use the fire pit. Annie was very quick to respond to all questions and accommodating to a special request. The checkin and checkout process were easy and the checkout time is very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.

Summary: We loved this historic home, the outdoor space was great for relaxing and dining. Beautiful porch for coffee and people watching. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a large group of 10 that fit easily in this home. Easy access to everything the city has to offer. Great attention to detail in the amenities, decor. Great communication.

Summary: If you love old Historical homes and need a place for a large family gathering in or near Louisville, KY this is a great place. The hostess was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. She even dropped off a large stock pot that we needed. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space to spread out or all gather in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: While the property has a funky layout, it worked great for us. It is well supplied and stocked and is in a good location a short ride from Downtown and the 4th Street Live venues. Thanks Annie for the great stay!
