Summary: Scott is a great host and made everything so easy for us. This is a fantastic house and it was so amazing when we rented it last year that we came back again this year! During the week, various friends and family came by and everyone was so impressed with the way the house was decorated for the holidays, the fridge was stocked with soft drinks and healthy beverages, and that this was such a beautiful home. The location was perfect for taking neighborhood walks, heading into the downtown shopping area of Palo Alto, and even getting on the highway to head north or south. All in all, we could not have asked for a better home rented by such a terrific owner.

Summary: As with all our previous stays, the house is spotless, quiet, and beautiful. Scott is an outstanding host. Also, loved the new shelter over the outdoor seating area. Wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day.

Summary: This is one of the very best VRBO homes we have ever stayed at. Scott, the owner, was great to work with. Upon arrival we were even more impressed with this property than what we saw online. The pictures of the house are great, but to be there “in person” was even more amazing. So comfortable, great layout, and impeccable decor. Because this rental occurred over the holidays, the owners even decorated for Christmas. An added special touch was that the owners stocked the kitchen (and provided a delightful gift basket of goodies) that we enjoyed upon arrival. The home is large enough to have people over for dinner (which we did) and even accommodated a larger group of family who came over for Christmas dessert (which we also did!).

Summary: This is a classic, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood-- and in a great location for anyone with business in Silicon Valley! The kitchen is world class. Scott and his wife were helpful and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house location was terrific- we could walk to downtown Palo Alto restaurants and shops; we had private off-street parking space in the driveway. The house itself had so many cozy rooms with a beautiful large kitchen that was fully stocked with dinnerware and pots and pans. We did a lot of cooking and were able to host Christmas Eve dinner for extended family members who live in the Bay Area. The owner was very responsive to our requests and fixed a minor problem with a smoke alarm right away. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked with soaps, shampoos, and bath towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to other family groups looking for a large home.
