Positive: Highlights were the excellent location within Montalcino and the fantastic view from the apartment`s terrace onto the Val d´Orcia valley. Otherwise the host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment cozy and the private garage definitely a plus.

Negative: There is nothing that really bothered us.

Positive: The apartment is located on the second floor , right in the middle of Montalcino. It has 2 bedrooms ( one with double bed and one with bunk beds) , one living/ kitchen area and a large terrace with spectaculat views. The owner, Angela - is very friendly and gave us a lot of tips regarding the restaurants and a very good winery to try. The parking - very important - was close. The ZTL zone is open until 10.30 so we could load our luggage to the car when we left. The kitchen has all the necessary ammenities, including a coffee machine and coffee pods.

Negative: I did not really see the pictures of the 2 bedrooms and I was not expecting the bunk beds - but we managed :)

Positive: The convenience of the locaation was superior. We had a great view of the parade and festivities I will recommend the property to friends. The apartment is above a piazza and can get a bit loud in the evening. That is NOT the fault of the property or owners.

Negative: Check-in and check-out instructions need to be sent 3-4 days before arrival and again within 24 hours of arrival. Make it clear where to leave the keys. So instructions for check-in 3-4 days prior and check-out instructions upon arrival (where to leave the keys).

Summary: One of a kind location in Tuscany's wine region. A wonderful surprise.

Positive: Great place, owner very nice and extremely helpful. Beautiful apartment! From the bedroom side, the windows overlook Piazza del Popolo, from where you can observe the life of the town. View from the terrace of the Tuscan landscape. A beautiful time in a great place😊

Positive: Was great to meet the host in a car park to then follow them to the garage as it would have been tough to find on our own. Balcony was great, though we only got to use it one day due to rain. Has everything you could need in the apartment!

Positive: Wonderful apartment in the heart of Montalcino! Very comfortable accommodations, roomy apartment and balcony. Great views of the Piazza Popolo and the valleys to the east. Lovely family who owns the apartment made staying and parking in the city center a breeze! I will stay again when I return!

Negative: It could use a new shower head, and the futon mattress was a bit uncomfortable after a couple of nights for us.
