Summary: The house was very comfortable and clean. It was a great location and convenient to restaurants etc. It was tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The host was very responsive. The only thing that could improve would be is to have some baggies, plastic wrap foil and trash bags paper towels available and lighter for grill or room candles. Most rentals have a plastic sleeve or binder that includes things to do in the area. Also tells guests when the trash cans need to be put out for garbage pickup and general info about where extra towels, laundry detergent etc are located and what they want the guest to do before checking out.The checkout time at 11am was great compared to most rentals at 10am. Would definitely stay here again when in the area! We had an absolutely great experience at The Porch House in iJacksonville Fl

Summary: My husband and I brought our 2 small doggies this adorable home to explore the Jacksonville area, and get away from the gloomy weather in Maryland. We very much enjoyed the home and fenced front and backyard. It is very clean and lots of counter space and storage in both the main bathroom and kitchen. I enjoyed the spices the owner left along with the expresso machine and all the dishes, pots and pans that you need to cook a gourmet meal! The location was very close to downtown-there are some abandoned homes nearby, which the owners noted in their description, but also lots of the good parts of the city such as wonderful restaurants. The Bake Shop is a real find for amazing pastries and sandwiches.

Summary: Our daughter attends USF and our son lives in Savannah. We got together this weekend to celebrate her birthday and an early Christmas. The location was excellent and near Main St in Springfield and close to the Stadium and downtown. The hosts were excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: I stayed here during a work trip with some coworkers and it was a very peaceful stay. Enough room to accommodate and still have privacy. I will definitely try to book again on my next work trip but honestly considering a vacation with the family.
