Positive: The house is very spacious, clean and easy to find, with plenty of room for everyone. The showers are excellent, and the host was responsive whenever we had questions. It’s a good base for exploring the Soča Valley.
Negative: A few things didn’t quite match the listing. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and we ended up buying extra mobile data. The property is advertised as having three double beds, but there were only two, although the hosts did try to resolve this before we arrived by pushing two single beds together. The air conditioning is only in the living room, not the bedrooms as the listing suggests. It states there is a washing machine and tumble dryer but access depends on arranging it with the cleaner in advance as it’s kept locked away - we gave up! We also missed having a proper outdoor dining area or comfortable seating to relax outside. Finally, despite the rural location, there was more activity around the property than we expected, so it didn’t feel quite as private or peaceful as we’d hoped. One of the rooms shown in the listing, an annex above the locked washing machine, also wasn’t accessible during our stay, so it’s worth checking this before booking if it’s important to you.

Positive: Super quiet, clean, great location in nature, huuuugge rooms, nice decoration, lovely front yard, a lot of parking space, 3 minutes from Soča river
Summary: Perfect for big groups. There was 11 of us, but place can accomodate 12-13 without any problem
