Positive: A very good hotel right at the sea. The hotel has a direct access to the sea, although rocky seashore. Plenty of sunbeds. Very spacious and comfortable room, abundant breakfast with a large choice of food and drinks. I got an upgrade to the room with the sea view and it was very nice. Excellent view from the balcony which I enjoyed at every opportunity.

Negative: There was no coffee/tea in the room, despite there was an electric kettle. It would be good to have coffee/tea at least at arrival, if not daily refilling. I guess for a four star hotel this is a a standard. But there was a bottle of welcome water, which was very good. I wasn’t offered a welcome drink upon my arrival, although later I learnt that a welcome drink is offered at check-in. Long queues at the reception every time.

Positive: Excellent rooms, spacious and “classy”, I would rate it 5 starts just because of rooms. Lady on reception quickly fixed issue with my reservation.

Negative: One of lifts wasn’t working so we had to exercise back and forth to 6 floor.

Positive: The location was perfect, sea in front of the hotel and private beach. There was a pontoon in the middle of the laguna, my son enjoyed swimming and diving around, catches a star fish . The breakfast was really good. Special thanks to Alex on reception: he was friendly and welcoming! Great job 🙂

Negative: The waiter from the restaurant named Fran was really rude to my son during the dinner time on the first evening of our stay. Fran approached my son and disrespectfully snatched and confiscated the child’s plastic bottle with his regular vitamins and supplements of my son. I understand that the restaurant is trying to sell their drinks to the customers, but being rude to a child and confiscating the child’s drinking supplements is awful. Since that evening my son was really stressed with this event and felt tense.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay, most of the staff were really nice, breakfast good, location amazing for sea lovers.
