Negative: Even though they knew guest were arriving they didn’t cleaned enough i can see cobweb insects . I don’t know when they changed the bedsheet i was super itchy i had to call them to change it. food was average no tv no internet that functions bathroom was so so . Thats that leaving apart man bahadur was very kind and helpful while our atayy

Positive: Wonderfull view, spacious rooms, good staff. Food was not the best but okay.

Negative: Mamy things to work on. All facilities are used and Old. Not the best cleaning either. Windows very dirty. Some trash around the area, mamy things broken in garden. If they only repaired one thing a day, it would be 365 things repaired in a year

Positive: The views were spectacular. The location is unreal, you are on a hilltop so you get panoramic views, even in your opposite walls re glass overlooking two separate valleys!

Negative: The property lacked timely service and the quality of food was average at best. When you are on a mountain top with no restaurants nearby, you gotta have good food

Negative: The bathroom. We had booked super deluxe rooms, unfortunately the bathtub was leaking from somewhere and there was a foul odour coming from the bathroom.
