Positive: Fantastic location, superb interior.

Negative: The staff definitely needs more training on what services should look like in a 5-star hotel. To share a small incident, during my stay every time I ordered delivery food, I had to call concierge and follow up multiple times to ask if they could deliver it to my room. Front office staff came off cold and impatient. Though, housekeepers were overall extremely friendly and helpful.
