Summary: Upon initial check-in, the young man at the counter was very pleasant. However, this does not make up for the following: The carpet in the room was filthy. The food menu was not vegetarian friendly. We ordered room service, and received spoiled fruit and hard pancakes that were not edible. The 1st night we asked for face towels, and after calling back twice and waiting for more than 2hrs, we were told sorry for the delay and did not receive face towels until the next day. The room lacked common amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and our room was not restocked with lotion or body wash. Thankfully, we do travel with our own. I have stayed in many Hilton properties, and this was by far the worse. There is no way this hotel should be labeled a 5 star, as the staff and the services were subpar.

Summary: Great breakfast, clean rooms, plenty of sockets to charge electronics. The location is very central which made it easy to get around restaurants and even out of town.
