Summary: Great front desk service, comfortable bed, and close to metro station. Can get to DC easily. A lot of dining options close by (especially by car). A good option for a business or personal trip. The hotel was a good venue for a conference. When navigating, it was a bit confusing to find the main entrance and exit to the metro (would be beneficial to have more signs in and around the hotel). Felt stressed with the parking fee policy but was able to not be charged in the end by speaking to the parking attendant.

Summary: Great hotel and great staff. The only complaints are: 1) while the coffee shop has a couple of options, the restaurant is closed for lunch, and there aren't any decent options nearby for someone who has a quick window. 2) The coffee shop's espresso machine was out of order for all four days... this is not difficult to get fixed if you care to fix.

Summary: I will not be staying at this hotel again. The ac in our room was broken and we were not made aware until it was time to book. There was also on going maintenance during our entire trip.

Summary: The bed was so clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The room was up to date, in design and environment. The hotel is grand and gorgeous. It has changed hands a lot over the years . Hilton’s version of the hotel is great!

Summary: Not so good. First night, we called to get rid of ants on top of the refrigerator cabinet. Next morning, there was no bath gel in the bath. We requested it to be replenished during the day when were out. When we came back at night, there was still no bath soap. We called to get bath soap, we were given hand soap. The guy that delivered it said that's all they have.

Summary: the hotel experience was great, however, to charge guests extra for parking is, to my thinking, unconscionable. If it is going to be a "cost" then add it into the price when making the reservation.

Summary: The hotel is huge but lacks places to eat inside. There are good restaurants in the vicinity but still a hotel this size should offer more eating options. The only coffee shop closes early too.
