Summary: The hotel was under construction which was not noted in their website. The place was covered in gray dust, our room smelled and the noise was loud and distracting. All elevators were covered in grime

Summary: Renovating right now but really poor service. ordered room service, never came and no one answered the phone both at room service and the front desk. conditions around the lobby are very dirty.

Summary: We wish they would’ve disclosed renovations going on. They were right in the way of elevators. Especially with a baby, drywall was all over the place , for $200 a night it would’ve been nice to know.

Summary: I gave the property lower marks because of major renovations going on. There's construction debris on several floors and the elevators. The noise starts at 8:00 am and reverberates through the entire hotel. On the plus side, I got a newly refurbished room and a comped full breakfast at the restaurant. The location is great-across the street from the river and easy walking distance to every attraction downtown and Baylor University.

Summary: Staff was great, polite and helpful. The hotel was under construction and the floors extremely dirty, really need to be shampooed. Furniture in rooms outdated.

Summary: Adequate. Heater in the room sounded like a drum set every time the fan turned on. Hotel staff was less than concerned, made for a long night. For the price, I wouldn’t likely return.
