Summary: We highly recommend staying here! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel, our room and the rooftop pool/Sky bar were all very clean. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant because we wanted to spend as much time as possible exploring the boardwalk, shops and beach in the short time we were there. Next time for sure!!

Summary: Beds was not comfortable toilet and sink didn’t half way work. No face towels and the elevator was horrible the whole weekend. Literally waiting over 30 minutes for an elevator and then your card wouldn’t work

Summary: The hotel is at a fantastic location and we really enjoyed our oceanview room with the extra large balcony. All the hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful. The bed was altogether comfortable, but while the pillows and linens were soft, the mattress was showing signs of age with some stiff springs and stains around the sides. There were other signs of wear-and-tear, like oxidized rings on the bathroom floor around where the metal trash can had been moved, the room door feeling a little stiff to shut, and a television system that felt a few generations old, but our experience was still overwhelmingly positive and we would stay at this hotel again.

Summary: We stayed there before but didn't realize the double bed size was not a queen size. However, we managed this. Otherwise, a great hotel as expected. Friendly and helpful staff.

Summary: Great food, only wished a microwave was available for heating my coffee. When I retrieved a clean hand towel from the bathroom, it had brown stains all over it so I tossed it in with the used towels, otherwise the room was clean.

Summary: Great location. Opted out of the pool and sky bar as it was small, but beach access was amazing. Convenient parking attached. Catch 31 breakfast was great. Will stay again. Only down side: never received housekeeping services would have preferred a full room refresh instead only received towels and trash takeout one day.

Summary: The ait conditioner was loud. The balcon was unusable due to the fact that giant airco's were making it too loud to enjoy it. There were so so many children, also at the pool. There is no oversight, so people bring there own music and just ignore evryone else. The place needs a big renovation, looks nice from far away but close up its very worn out. Hate shower curtains!!

Summary: We were really impressed when we first arrived at the hotel. The lobby is extremely nice and the staff helped us unload and take our luggage up to our room. The valet parking was extremely slow. Housekeeping also needs to be improved. We stayed in a two double bed room - housekeeping only left us 1 towel and two wash clothes. It took over an hour to get additional towels and wash clothes. The conditioner in the shower was also empty. We also visited the Sky Bar one night. It was really boring and they had roped off all of the furniture so there was no place to sit. We also had to get manager's approval to use the vouchers we were given at check in. We visited the restaurant downstairs one night as well. My friend ordered a burger medium - It was completely burnt. On our morning of check out, the restaurant downstairs turned us away because they said they were too full and couldn't keep up. We used our remaining vouchers on snacks and drinks at the hotel "store".

Summary: Sky bar at night gets too loud. Can hear the music in the rooms and i was 3 floors under it. Marijuana smokers everywhere. At night the sky bar is open to the public. Forget about taking an elevator during those hours. Patrons pay to use the hotel, the public doesnt. Disgusting smells from marijuana because the hotel doesnt care that these people come to the skybar at night reeking. Hotel could be real nice but this sort of ruins everything. Day time is fine. Restaurant was good. Fix the night scene and keep it ckassy.
