Summary: Lovely hotel, central, quiet area and very friendly staff

Summary: Room itself was good. Had a bit of a problem with service one day. One of us was sick so we had to stay in room. Asked reception for cutlery and water. No response after an hour so rang again. Reception said it was housekeeping but they would look after it. After another 45 minutes I went to the restaurant myself and got cutlery and water. Restaurant staff were aware of my request and front desk also were. Both apologised but after nearly 2 hours waiting I was really annoyed!
