Summary: We needed a room by the airport for our early morning flight. The bed was not good, it sunk. I tried to sleep on a pillow to fill in the gap. Tried to sleep on the couch, not comfy either. We were treated rudely because we brought in Subway and wanted to get bar drinks and enjoy our food, but we were told since we had "outside food" we couldn't sit at the tables, even though there were only 2 other parties. So we moved where we originally wanted to sit so we would be out of the way. It was very awkward. We cleaned up our own "mess" and left a tip. Won't be back.

Summary: Room and features were all old, rusted, and unclean. Bed made a terrible noise all night. Hotel’s air system needs serious work and there needs to be more efforts to tone down the drug use. We were getting hotboxed in every direction by the amount of people smoking weed. If it were just my wife and I, it would have been no issue, but with my kids, it wasn’t great. Really poor hotel by Hilton standards. The upkeep, the management, etc. This place wasn’t great.

Summary: The lobby makes you think it will be beautiful throughout, but it is old and outdated. The carpet is old and stained, paint was peeling on the doors, furniture, and windows, and the sheets had a few spots.

Summary: Staff was great, the amenities downstairs looked nice, the bedroom and bed was good, but the bathroom needs repair. The shower, sink, and toilet worked and there is good water pressure, but all of the caulking is peeling, there is peeling paint and mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. There is no circulation fan, which is sure to be causing the moisture issues. All of the furniture is old, chipped, and peeling.

Summary: Nice place overall but the bathroom is outdated...screaming renovation. The gym is spacious but not well ventilated (too hot) and the floor needs to cleaned and so are the equipments.

Summary: Overall good stay. Bathroom could have been cleaner and bathroom ceiling needs to be re painted. The paint is peeling. There isn’t free coffee in the lobby like 95% of other hotels I stay at. A little disappointed in that, especially being a Hilton rewards member. Bed was comfortable but had a gross stain in the sheet. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Hotel restaurant was good and bar was fine. Shuttle drivers to the airport were very friendly and helpful.
