Positive: amazing view across the arena. we ordered room service and ate on the balcony. food was delicious. we are all vegan and there was plenty of options for us. breakfast was great too. room was spacious and bathroom was lovely. all modern and nice and clean. staff were great, especially the young gentleman who brought us our room service. I didn’t catch his name but he was polite and friendly.

Positive: It was an interesting hotel. Unusual. It looked onto a cricket pitch.

Negative: The bathroom did not have a place to connect the hair blow dryer because if British law and they did not provide a good spot in another area of the bedroom. There was a connection at the bottom of the full length mirror but the chord in the hair dryer was so short that it too short even though I was sitting on a chair. Also, the lighting was very dark in the bathroom too apply makeup. And the full length mirror in the bedroom did not have good lighting nor a place to set down the makeup.

Summary: It was a nice hotel but could use some simple fixes to make your stay more practical.

Positive: One of the rooms was not ready until after 4.00pm , we were there attending a wedding reception and had to get ready so that was a little dissapaointing
