Summary: This 4 star hotel lacks maintenance. First there was no one to help us with our luggae when we got in. We went in August. The AC turns off when it feels like it. AC not strong enough to get to the rooms so we left the bedroom door open, but then it would turn off in the middle of the night. Theres a $$ fee for everything, parking, food, water. The pool was dirty. Only 3 pillows were provided, no extra pillows or sheets. The property is 15 minutes from all the action.

Summary: Great room. The hotel accommodated a last minute upgrade so we could check in early. I didn’t like that you pay a resort fee + parking fee. eforea spa was amazing.

Summary: The carpet and bedding felt moist like when you stay in a hotel in California. The fireplace ran out of propane right away. The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures make it look. The small pool made it hard to seperate kids from adults who were drinking quite a bit. The resort fee is not worth it because this place is more like a fancy hotel not a resort. Parking also costs $22. Pricing was a little much for what is offered.

Summary: WE WILL DEFINETLY RETURN WITH THE KIDS, THE SUITE WAS PERFECT FOR THE KIDS, WOULD LOVE PLATES AND UTIENTILS, MAYBE MICROWAVE POPCORN FOR PURCHASE. LOVED THIS HOTEL, STARBUCKS OUTDOOR AREAS AND THE KIDS POOL! WOULD LOVE THE CAFE TO HAVE MORE HOURS.

Summary: The location is amazing! Views stunning. Pools, gym and spa were nice. We would stay there again. Beds were super soft (we like firm), and they only had one server at the pool the day we were there and she was slammed but great!

Summary: There was construction going on outside the room we had reserved. In addition we arrived well before the 4 pm check in time. Customer service offered a suite that was available immediately and away from the construction with a $30 p/night upcharge. We took it and was grateful for the extra space, view of a golf course, and personal patio with a gas firepit. All staff were outstanding!
