Positive: Breakfast was included and very good. The pub had some pretty mixed reviews on line but I found the service and food very good on my visit.

Negative: The view was just of the top of a building so nothing interesting. The parking garage is next door and I didn't find a way to get to the hotel without going outside so that would be an improvement.

Summary: Nice place to stay for business or a general travel stop.

Negative: Paint peeling on bathroom door, carpet loose tripping hazard, had to pay for parking which is ridiculous

Negative: Had to go back down to lobby three times due to key card not working. Turns out batter was dead or disconnect in door lock. No compensation and staff was indifferent.

Positive: Employees of the Hilton are friendly and always willing to help. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet is full of hot and cold choices and reasonably priced.

Negative: I would suggest adding a desk lamp in the room. I had to keep moving the floor lamp from the desk to the reading chair. There are spots in the room where it is too dark, like where the coffee maker is located.

Summary: I always stay at the Scranton Hilton and I am never disappointed.
