Positive: Breakfast was average. Coffee cold.

Negative: We felt the room needed new furniture to be in keeping with the Hilton properties. Scratched up desk and dresser, cheap desk chair and sunk to the floor on the sofa. Needs a high rise toilet and extra blanket in the room. We were cold.

Summary: Stay comparable to a comfort inn or super 8. Water view was beautiful.
