Summary: A modern hotel with superb facilities I recommend to stay in this hotel in Prague. However, my experience of checking in was extremely disappointing. I arrived early at 9:30 am, the staff had collected my personal data and informed that we can come back after 3pm to collect the key. When we returned at 4:30 pm, the female receptionist "played" the computer for a long time and said that she couldn't provide the room even though there was record of us doing the check in the morning. She just stood there and provide no solution. She said we hadn't pay city tax, which I really did not know why this is the reason of not getting the room. City tax should be paid after getting thr room. Finally she called the senior manager who professionally solved the problem and apologized the chaos that had happened. He also kindly provided upgrade of our stay to be able to use the executive lounge. I really appreciated him.

Summary: Nice hotel, quite big. Food was decent and good choice of drinks. Breakfast was very busy everyday. Disappointing thing was we were expected to pay for gym extra, even though when booked it was supposed to be included, would advise to check. Wasn't end of world but was going to fill couple hrs.

Summary: Good hotel, and nice location. The waiting time to check in at the reception was 1 hour. It was a very bad experience to be greeted like this in a hotel. First impression was not good and disappointing
