Summary: The hotel is near two supermarkets and Metro Florenc station, so it is convenient for me to have long stay at Prague. The staff also gave us a room with good river view as prolonged stay. We have almost walked to old town for dinner and tourist visits, within 30min walking distance. However, the housekeeping service was not up to the standard, some staff just did their minimal cleaning daily. Otherwise, the good location to anywhere at Prague is recommended.

Summary: More like a 3-4 star hotel. Called 4 times to get robes (had to go to reception after a day to get them), bad restaurant food, asked for a bottle of champagne to the room (messaged them before we arrived) but nothing. Small stuff missing from the room (our toothpaste was missing after the first day). I think you should expect more out of a 5 star hotel.

Summary: This is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was amazing, The rooms/beds were really comfortable. The AC was quiet. The location ended up being perfect for our stay and just a short Uber ride to Old Town. It was a lovely place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend it.

Summary: An excellent hotel. Located on the edge of the old town with restaurants and supermarket near by. Step away from Metro and trams. However, this hotel is big and hosted many people. Breakfast was ok but not very impressive. Is a good choice if you could get it at a sale price, otherwise, it can be pricey.
