Summary: Great hotel. Everything works. Good location. Very good rooms. Only issue was that they need a concierge. Reception staff tried to assist with queries but their English was not good enough to actually be of value. I was very surprised that a Hilton did not have this function.

Summary: Excellent in every way. Only problem I had as a vegetarian was extremely limited vegetarian food choices they had at the executive lounge and even in the inroom dining menu.

Summary: Very nice hotel right next to Osaka station. We spent 4 nights here. The room was massive by Japanese standards and we were very comfortable. The bed and comforter was especially nice, which meant solid sleep. Word of advice if going to the hotel from Osaka Station, exit via the South Central Exit (first find Central Exit, then choose the South side)… we spent a long time lost in Osaka Station on our first time trying to walk to the hotel. Lawson and Family Mart are close by for snacks and the area has a ton of restaurants. We loved staying there and will return.
