Summary: Generally very good, excellent breakfast with a good choice of well prepared food and drinks. Couple of IT issues around the Hilton App and door key which were resolved with the staff.

Summary: The public areas, restaurant, bar and reception were nice, clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. My only gripe with the hotel was our room. It was clean, and well equipped, but and this is probably due to the age of the building. Very small, only window overlooked a void in the hotel, so little natural light and you could see into other room across the void. And there was no fridge so our fruit didn't fare too well.

Summary: Hotel very clean. Really good amenities. Room spotless. Bar staff lovely. Breakfast fab. One little gripe was we down to the pool and it was full of children having a swimming lesson. Perhaps times of these could be advertised to hotel residents in advance.

Summary: We had a nice stay overall, and the room itself was lovely with a great location. However, on arrival we noticed the mugs in the room were a little dirty, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Unfortunately, after flagging this to staff, the issues weren't resolved, and we ended up having to go out and buy our own shampoo. The stay was enjoyable, but a few extra attention-to-detail checks would go a long way.

Summary: Very average Hilton right in the middle of Nottingham city centre. Hotel was ok nothing very special- rooms small but ok and public areas pretty limited. Area around the hotel not great- felt a bit sketchy to be honest. Short walk to the Lace Market area which is a nicer spot
