Positive: When we got an upgraded room!
Negative: I was very embarrassed as it was my boyfriends birthday and surprised him with this weekend and paid £15 for birthday decorations to be welcomed with 7 balloons just on the bed dumped. I could of brought my own pack of 10 for £1 if I wanted to do that. I was also welcomed with screwdrivers on the floor outside my room!
