Summary: We had a great two-night stay at Hilton Nagoya, travelling with our two kids aged 10 and 12. During our stay, we made good use of the swimming pool, gym and tennis court, which the whole family really enjoyed. The highlight for us was definitely the Japanese-style room. It was spacious and could be divided into separate areas, with two regular beds and a traditional Japanese room where futon beds could be placed on the floor. This setup was perfect for a family of four. The room was very clean and quiet, and all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. We also tried the buffet one evening, which was fine and had a good selection. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back!

Summary: Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. In particular I had a small issue and staff member Futaba Koyama smoothed things out and gave me a gift. Nagoya was not place I thought I would want to return, but the hotel and its staff make me miss it.

Summary: Booked family room for 4, with 2 double beds. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Spacious bed. The shower head works well, but without a proper curtain you have to be careful, otherwise water may leak onto the floor. Ventilation in bathroom is weak, so the bathroom can get a little stuffy after shower. Carpark is convenient and spacious space, just that weekend maybe full in the middle of the day if there is event at hotel. We waited for 15mins to get in Hotel area is convenient, has convenience stores, coffee shops, drugstores and some good restaurants within 2-3mins walking distance

This hotel was outstanding in every way—from the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities, including the gym. Summary: My hotel room smelled like 2nd/3rd hand cigarette smoke and I guess the front desk didn't believe me and sent up someone and brought me an air purifier and a fabric spray. The air purifier worked somewhat but I stayed for two nights and my first was not enjoyable with the smell. However, my kids enjoyed the pool time, the gym was extra fancy with each machine having a screen to either set up goal, track workout or how to use the machine. Breakfast was okay, the pancake machine was nice but took too long when you’re trying to feed multiple kids. I’ve had better Japanese breakfast, I’ve only went for one day. It was too crowded for me. Although seating was great. I would be on the fence whether or not I would stay here again.
