Positive: Proximity to events we were attending at the hotel, the Convention Center and US Bank Stadium. Also, it was walkable to some great restaurants.
Negative: Banging water pipes whenever people were showering in adjacent or upstairs rooms. Very annoying especially early in the mornings.
Summary: It was great for our purposes. The restaurant staff on site were lovely.

Positive: The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were nice perks. The value was excellent. The location was near a lot of shops and restaurants. This is my second time at this location and I plan to stay there again.
Negative: More plant-based options in the coffee shop. There wasn't a single plant-based baked item among so many offerings, so we had to go to a coffee shop down the street for a treat.
