Positive: Good location, our server at the restaurant was nice, when we checked in I really did not get much information. It was like the desk person thought I knew where everything was in the hotel and how to maneuver it all. Like where are the vending machine located on the floors and the pool. He could have at least asked if I wanted to be given an overview of the hotel and or asked. I had to go back and ask where the elevators were and where parking was. Not helpful. I am not from the cities and it was dark and snowing. I asked about parking ramp and he gave very fast instructions. My daughter caught everything so she told me where to go. I was very glad I didn’t disturb her when I was checking in. 🤔.

Negative: The parking ramp was a decent price but on the website it says parking onsite which leads you to believe you get a parking space with the hotel room. That is the reason I stayed there and also the hot tub because all the other hotels in the area it cost extra for parking and they had hot tubs. This one says it does but they apparently took it out at some point. I was really looking forward to that time in the hot-tub. I and my daughter were sad and upset when we did not find one. I was not looking forward to the pool. We did however go in because we were already in our swim suits.

Summary: Probably will not stay here again. I will try a different hotel and confirm a hottub which I honestly have never had to

Positive: There were plenty of towels. Sometimes the water from the shower pooled in the tub The bell hops were very helpful. I was given a slight reduction in cost due to the delay in being able to get into the room

Negative: A microwave would be useful, as would ceramic or glass cups to drink tea. I could not check in until 6 pm due to waiting for my room to be cleaned. A clock would also be helpful so I don't always have to check my cell phone.

Summary: I was mostly very pleased with my stay and would stay again if I attend another seminar in Minneapol

Negative: That the establishment is cashless really bugged my husband. I didn't like that as much as we paid for the room that breakfast and parking weren't included.
