Summary: I called front desk at midnight to complain about noise from adjacent room. They said they would send security and never did. I called again at 1:30 am because the noise was continuing. Front desk said they would call me to confirm security was on their way. They never called and again security never showed. As a result - I had a terrible night with little or no sleep. What kind of service level is that?
