Positive: The gentleman who was working at the check in desk at 5:30AM this morning is exceptional. I did not have the opportunity to get his name, but he could not have been more helpful. I had to take a 6:00AM shuttle bus to Terminal 4, and he assisted me with my luggage and could not have been more helpful, Give him a raise. His kindness was so appreciated. This is an exceptional hotel. I had an excelllent dinner in the restaurant. It was indeed fine dining.

Negative: I took The Airport Hilton shuttle bus to the hotel after a long travel day. It took an extremly long time to get there, with a lengthy wait at another terminal. I would estimate that it took between 40 and 50 minutes.

Summary: An excellent hotel, but quite a distance from Terminal 4.
