Summary: Parking was listed as included when I booked, but then wanted to charge an extra 40/night instead when I arrived. Nope. Then when got to room, the AC was condensing water all on the inside if the room carpet. Moved to another room, but not the quality or service I would expect.

Summary: Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Restaurant was really good. My only complaint is I was charged for two nights parking and I only stayed one and it has been a real hassle getting the second night off even though it was taken care of behind left.

Summary: The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. That said, this hotel is in dire need of a renovation. It has a 90s feel and the wear is showing in the decor. During our stay, there was something wrong with the elevators which led to long wait times.

Summary: The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. It was nice to be able to walk over. Every person we spoke with was great. Got the feeling they just wanted to make our stay fabulous. The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it. The pool area is lacking. No restroom near by. Overall lack luster.

Summary: The staff was just fine. There was on total fee of $116 that was not mentioned anywhere before we arrived. I knew there would be one but that was higher than anticipated. The elevators were not working correctly and we were on the 8th floor with our dogs so it took forever to get down to the lobby. Also, the pool was out of order for maintenance. They should have said this somewhere. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew this ahead of time. The room was cozy, good beds, but we couldn't get hot water to shower. Very strange.

Summary: They always say hospitality in the south is the best - and this hotel truly reflects that. The manager, Will, was so kind and helpful the morning we arrived after missing a connection flight. My family was broken and tired and Will gave us comfort in knowing he was taking care of us! Thank you much!

Summary: I needed extra pillows to prop up on while sleeping due to being pregnant. We checked in after housekeeping had left, the consierge had no problem going to get the pillows for me. Thanks to him I was able to have a comfortable sleep!
