Summary: Clean, comfortable, good bed, hv/ac worked. Cable system under maintenance with very limited channel selection. That was disappointing. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Efficient check in and check out. Recommended.

Summary: This has always been a solid hotel when I come to Troy. I was pleased to see the updated equipment in the fitness center and my family enjoyed the pool. Sadly, the room is starting to look dated with the wall paper literally coming off the walls. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be in good condition. The front desk staff can be hit or miss. For the most part they are friendly, except for this heavy-set guy, who every time I stay there, looks at me like I am dirt. It is very off-putting. The breakfast buffet was very good although it you come near the end of serving time, some of the food is limited. Overall, I would recommend as long as you are able to get a good room rate
