Positive: Service was excellent. Room was great. Free coffee was delicious. For the price it was excellent. Shower was nice. I would stay here again.

Negative: Needs a deeper clean. Generally clean but if you look close you'll notice it needs deep cleaning. I told the staff and they're receptive. they're going to speak to cleaning staff and do deep cleaning now. Not sound proof. Could hear the people next door.

Summary: Great stay. Would stay here again!

Positive: I had to pay for the breakfast, which I don't mind if the breakfast is decent (most hotels the continental breakfast is free). There were scrambled eggs, but no bacon. How do you serve eggs without bacon??? There were sausages, but that is no substitute for "bacon and eggs". Come on!!! If you want to serve sausages, fine, but that should only be served as a side dish.

Positive: Efficient check in and check out. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Negative: The elevator to the 5th floor was not in operation. I have a sore knee and it was difficult to take the stairs to my room. Our breakfast was comped for the inconvenience.

Positive: Everything. Just amazing. I love the Hilton brand of hotels. Always spacious and everything you need is at your fingertips. Staff were amazing. I liked the pantry. And room service was amazing. Easy check in and out.
