Summary: The young lady at checkin was lovely (Leila). She was informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. She was also at the desk the next morning, also as spry as the evening before. The room was very clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. Very soft with lots of divets. Also the pillows were too soft (or old). Chalked it up to personal preference.
