Summary: I enjoyed the venue and have minimal complaints. The upfront staff was very good for the most part. There was one young lady whose name escapes me who worked the weekend and was there at check-in who was so polite, accommodating, and amazing. She was a ball of energy and didn't seem to phased by anything or anyone. The one complaint I have is that my daughter and I were looking forward to breakfast and came down 30 minutes before it was scheduled to end and everything had been put away. I was told that breakfast started an hour earlier than we thought. When I told the receptionist that their print materials said otherwise the response I got was, “Oh it probably hasn't been updated yet” (with an eyeroll from someone who may have been the manager). The onlynogher issue was that the room smelled a bit stale at check-in and could use some deodorizing. Otherwise I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Very nice hotel with clean spacious room. No parking on site except valet which charges you $48.00 a day. As much as you pay for the room parking should be included. Walking distance to lots of stuff.

Summary: The only complaint I have is the parking. They onle offer valet which is $48 a day. That's outrageous.

Summary: Wonderful location to explore the historic district. Our room overlooked the pool deck and it was not noisy at all. We will stay there again next time we need to be in the historic district.

Summary: Only one elevator worked (4 days). Pool/ jacuzzi needs maintenance (repairs & cleaning). Breakfast was good, but no food options for lunch/ dinner. Bar doesn’t open until evening. At night it’s very loud outside lasting after midnight.

Summary: The lady that refreshed the coffee in the lobby was incredibly pleasant and hard working. It appeared she had a passion for her work. Front desk was nice as well. One elevator being non-operational was a drawback but understandable. TV and wifi worked well.
