Positive: The location is nicely positioned just off the highway which is perfect for road-trip style travel. I was happy that it was both easy to find online and also easy to find in person. It being located across from a gas station and convenient food options is a nice bonus as well.

Positive: Loved the location of the hotel and that it was close to shopping, gas station and freeway.

Negative: We couldn't sleep the first night because the air conditioning unit was making noise, so I called the front desk, and they had a technician to come up, and he was able to fix it. Also, the bathroom was really small. It can definitely use an upgrade.

Negative: I don't think the local community had any decent restaurants. Using Booking.com negated my ability to use Hilton's app for digital key. Unable to log on to Wi-Fi with Hilton's default password.

Positive: We did not eat at there restaurant. We went up to Mt Lassen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They also have a pool lift for disabled people to get in pool.

Positive: Very nice staff; entry and restaurant area was pretty and welcoming. The overall building and room were very clean. The room was well equipped and had comfortable beds. The location was great; close to shops, restaurants, highway, yet set back from the main road so it was very quiet.

Negative: My particular room was a little dated and the hallway carpets looked like they were getting ready to replace/renovate. There was an “under construction sign”, so that may be what they are planning.
