Summary: Everything was great. Except the shower area was a little dirty

Summary: Hi, everything was great about my stay. Except… I had booked the 5:30am shuttle with the front desk the night prior, I was downstairs at 5:25am and no one was to be found anywhere. No shuttle, no staff, no one I waited until 5:35am when I was forced to order a $35 uber in order to not miss my flight.
